HOLY WEEK | DAY 8: THE RESURRECTION, VICTORY CONFIRMED
After the crucifixion and the time spent in the tomb, the third day arrived. The tomb was found empty.
Scripture declares: "He is not here, but has risen." (Luke 24:6)
The resurrection confirms what Jesus accomplished on the cross. It establishes that:
- Sin has been paid for
- Death has been conquered
- Access to God is open
This is not a symbol, it is a fact. The resurrection changes the believer's position. It means that:
- Death is not final
- God has authority over life and death
- His promises are fulfilled
This leads to a clear implication:
- What God declares comes to pass
- No situation is beyond His power
The question is direct: Are you living in accordance with the reality of the resurrection?
Because the resurrection is not just a truth to believe. It determines how we live.
Jesus Christ is Lord!
