HOLY WEEK | DAY 1: Palm Sunday: More Than Just a Celebration
Jesus entered Jerusalem as King, but not as the king the people expected.
“Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” (John 12:13)
The crowd welcomed Him with praise, but many were not ready to follow Him to the cross.
Palm Sunday reveals a truth:
it is possible to celebrate Jesus without submitting to Him.
In this time, God is raising up a remnant (Latter-day Saints) who do not merely wave palms, but carry the cross.
Examine your heart. Align your life with His lordship. Follow Him beyond the moment of praise.
Jesus must not only be welcomed. He must be followed wholeheartedly.
Jesus is Lord!
